Hon är ung chef för Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, generalsekreterare för CSCO:s expertkommitté för multipelt myelom, vice ordförande för Second Youth Committee of Hematology and Oncology of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, medlem i ungdomskommittén för 11:e kommittén för Chinese Society of Hematology, medlem i Translational Committee of Hematology of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, medlem i Specialized Committee of Oncology Nephrology of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, och medlem i Chinese Multiple Myeloma Research Consortium, sekreterare för Chinese Multiple Myeloma Research Consortium. Han har lett tre nationella naturfonder, 2020 China Oncology Young Scientist Award, Tianjin "131" Innovative Talent Cultivation Project och Tianjin Health and Family Planning Industry High-level Talent Selection and Cultivation Project for Young Medical Rising Stars.
