He has participated in clinical work for 30 years, mainly engaged in clinical and basic research on leukemia, and has accumulated rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of various acute and chronic leukemias and myeloproliferative tumors. He participated in drafting China's “Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Myeloid Leukemia” and “Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Adult Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia”. He has published a number of papers, and has presided over and participated in the research of a number of national and provincial and ministerial level projects. He is a member of the Expert Group on Rational Use of Anti-tumor Drugs of the Ministry of Health, a member of the Leukemia Group of the Hematology Branch of the Chinese Geriatrics Society, and an executive member of the Expert Committee of the Anti-Leukemia Alliance of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology.
